MA Fine Art students at Camberwell College of Arts are pleased to present A Great Many Arrows, a series of four exhibitions in four days. 
  
The exhibition title refers to the Tōshiya, a Japanese archery exhibition contest dating from the 1600’s. A Great Many Arrows specifically references one part of this historic festival - the Ōyakazu - where archers would shoot as many arrows as possible at a long-distance target for 24 hours.  
  
These four exhibitions bring together students across the MA Fine Art pathways: Computational Arts, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Printmaking and Sculpture, and celebrate an interim moment in their studies. Each student is carrying out their own Ōyakazu, exploring and testing out their creative intentions, reaching out into the world to see where their arrows land.
